Business Analyst EMEA Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills, ability to handle tight deadlines and pressure, resilience in adapting to changing expectations and environments, strong negotiation and influencing skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, along with people engagement abilities.


The Role:

This role involves understanding project requirements and estimating the time needed to complete tasks by delivering the required sample size. You will also be responsible for screening subject matter experts based on criteria for qualitative and quantitative projects, ensuring effective consultation between experts and clients.


  1. Understand the specific requirements and goals of each market research project assigned by clients.
  2. Identify and recruit suitable participants for online surveys, focus groups, consultations, and research projects using tools like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, online search engines, and publicly available data.
  3. Engage with relevant subject matter experts to assess their suitability for client projects.
  4. Submit expert profiles for further review and client approval.
  5. Communicate with experts, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings related to the project.
  6. Maintain records of experts and participants, including payment details and basic information, ensuring timely updates on platforms and trackers.
  7. Address experts' concerns and guide them through all project stages, including onboarding, execution, and payment queries.
  8. Ensure compliance with workflow and security policies at every step.

Requirements:
  • Basic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in management sciences or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 0 to 2 years maximum.

Functional Skills:
  • Excellent collaboration skills to align multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Resilience in adapting to changing expectations and environments.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with people engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
