Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee daily operations for Mass Sellers and Long Tail Sellers, ensuring seamless onboarding, seller segmentation, KPI design, and training programs.

Maintain quality standards for listings including content accuracy and categorization, drive engagement and performance of small and medium sellers, and design and execute frameworks to help underperforming or new sellers ramp up.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
  • Deep understanding of platforms such as Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, or local B2C marketplaces.
  • Proven experience in seller engagement, growth programs, or incubation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets or BI tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Urdu or regional language skills are a plus.
