Senior Financial Strategist Role

The role of Senior Financial Strategist will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and reporting activities for a comprehensive Profit and Loss statement.

They will manage financials, conduct deal reviews, ensure SOX compliance, develop revenue/cost forecasting models, and oversee project accounting.

This position provides strategic leadership for financial policies, processes, and tools.

The successful candidate will have the ability to direct management of financials for business plans, requiring advanced analysis; demonstrating advanced knowledge of business to integrate strategies, linking financial goals and organizational profitability. They will understand general business strategy.

They will lead projects or programs in Finance, managing cross-functional teams as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving assignments in the form of objectives and establishing milestones to meet objectives, delegating tasks to others, evaluating and selling alternative solutions, effectively influencing outcomes, and partnering with client groups in a team setting to provide technical expertise in developing their business strategy.

Key skills required include business partnership, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting expertise.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience; an MBA/CPA is preferred.
