We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Analyst - Alumni Engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dataset of approximately 20,000 alumni records and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of alumni information.

About the Job

The role supports alumni engagement and helps achieve the strategic goals of our organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating the alumni database.
  • Verifying and updating alumni information.
  • Collecting updated information from LinkedIn and direct communication with alumni.
  • Collaborating with other departments to obtain missing data.
  • Generating regular reports on the status of the alumni database.

Apart from these main responsibilities, you will also be involved in other tasks, such as assisting in preparing targeted communication campaigns by providing accurate alumni data, recommending and implementing improvements in data collection and management processes, and working with other departments to assist with their campaigns and outreach as needed.
