Financial Analysis Specialist
About the PositionThis role requires an individual to support our clients' financial needs, ensuring their satisfaction and resulting in referrals without additional requests from us.
- Collaborate with assigned team members on new client onboarding and setup processes
- Contribute to accounting tasks, including routine bank reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Develop and prepare financial reports, including annual financial statements
- Support team members in creating financial models, cash flow forecasts, and profitability projections
- Analyze and compile financial information
- Assist project managers on transitioning, upgrading, or implementing financial systems
- Perform other roles as assigned by management
Required Skills and Qualifications
- CA Intermediate / ACCA students (no more than 4 papers remaining)
- Proficiency in accounting and financial management, including preparation of financial statements
- Skills necessary to generate, prepare, and review general ledger, journal entries, and records in accordance with GAAP
- Ability to identify variances and research questions regarding financial activity, and improve accounting processes and procedures
- Foster positive working relationships with diverse personalities/roles at all levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with team members, plan and execute work on time and within budget
