We are seeking a Mobilization and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our program, you will be responsible for driving community engagement for e-Voucher and fortified flour programs. This role involves conducting household visits, organizing community sessions, and training staff on CRM and PSEA protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct household visits to register/verify beneficiaries using CNIC checks.
  • Organize community sessions to promote fortified wheat flour benefits.
  • Monitor 8 chakkis and 18 retail outlets for POS device functionality and stock availability.
  • Document field challenges, success stories, and gender-disaggregated participation.
Requirements:
  • An Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community mobilization, humanitarian work, or SBCC is required.

Candidates from Jaranwala should be familiar with local dialects such as Punjabi and Saraiki.
