Business Development Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Business Development expert to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a key player in expanding our local and international client base, you will identify strategic growth opportunities and forge valuable partnerships to drive sales and brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for local and international markets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, research, cold outreach, and inbound channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to present compelling digital solutions.
  • Attend client meetings, deliver presentations, and lead proposal development.
  • Track leads, manage CRM pipelines, and regularly report performance and forecasting.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and competitors in the digital services industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in the digital services or IT sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable using digital tools like CRM platforms, Zoom, Slack, and project management software.
