The Retail Purchase Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that Smart Care Pharma's stores have a continuous supply of essential healthcare items, cosmetics, and groceries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and purchase health care items, cosmetics, and groceries from trusted suppliers to meet customer demands.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive prices and terms.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing and warehousing with a focus on supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in software/ERPs, email, project management, spreadsheet, word processing, and procurement software.

  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
