Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Development Manager to lead our web development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing applications that meet specific customer needs.

  • Analyze customer requirements to design and develop applications.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers for clarifications on system requirements or customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and utilize optimal methods and components for system design and development.
  • Prioritize and communicate task assignments to the team.
  • Provide resource time estimates to Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Regularly review and inspect code submitted by reporting resources.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders regarding issue resolution or clarification requests.
  • Perform sanity testing before submitting tasks for Quality Assurance (QA) review.
  • Timely address QA feedback-related issues.
  • Owning assigned projects from inception to delivery.
  • Lead teams, guide, teach, and instruct resources to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Write efficient reusable software code optimizing resource utilization while meeting deadlines.
  • Analyze instrumentation data to identify and resolve issues.
  • Support evaluation, testing, and implementation of new tools and technologies.
  • Evaluate resource utilization and ensure optimal allocation.
  • Submit timely reports and update project server status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in web application development using .NET technology.
  • Knowledge of HTML5 is a plus.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to drive projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver results under tight deadlines.
