Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions.
  • Develop, create, modify, and validate software applications using C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
  • Work on deep learning model development, data transformations, model training, model design, and model optimization.
  • Familiarity with various deep learning architectures and problem domains like Computer Vision, Speech recognition, NLP, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • Or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • Or PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • Strong development skills in Python and C++. Experience with at least one machine learning framework like TensorFlow, ONNX, PyTorch, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with neural network operators and model formats including PyTorch, ONNX, and Tensorflow.
  • Familiarity with neural network optimization techniques like graph optimization, quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation, network architecture search, etc.
  • Strong understanding about embedded systems, system design fundamentals.
  • Well-versed in version control tools like git.
  • Experience with machine learning accelerators, optimizing algorithms for hardware acceleration cores, working with heterogeneous or parallel computing systems.
