Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to become a part of our Frontend DevOps team in Pakistan. You will play a key role in building our brand through web and native projects, contributing to the gaming evolution, and collaborating with talented professionals.

The ideal candidate has experience in DeFi protocol development, excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone with a passion for web3, smart contracts, and DeFi primitives, who has a deep understanding of blockchain architecture and strong protocol design skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and maintain AWS infrastructure
  • Manage security aspects of GitLab, including pipeline security, Docker images, and container scanning
  • Develop and maintain backend services, including VLANs, authentication, and encryption
  • Collaborate with the larger DevOps team at Gala to achieve company-wide goals and maintain direct team contributions
  • Implement and manage security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and security
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new features and services
  • Monitor infrastructure and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or a related field
  • Experience in AWS security, including IAM, Secrets Manager, EC2, and Lambda
  • Proficiency in managing GitLab security, including pipeline security, Docker images, and container scanning
  • Professional experience with application-level security
  • Knowledge of backend services, including VLANs, authentication, and encryption
  • Familiarity with CDK, Kubernetes, Gitlab cicd, C#, NodeJs, and Python
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and a strong work ethic
