About the Role

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced individual to join our team as a Cloud & Cybersecurity Expert. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise: Have in-depth knowledge of cloud services and stay updated on the latest features, capabilities, and industry trends.
  • Regional Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the region, offering expertise, guidance, and support to customers, sales teams, and partners.
  • Technical Consultation: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and assist in designing cloud solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educate internal teams, customers, and partners on the benefits and functionalities of cloud services.
  • Solution Implementation: Work closely with technical teams to support the successful deployment and integration of cloud solutions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and analyze usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement or enhancement.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements, providing insights to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications will be advantageous.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of proven track record in a similar role, with experience in product management, technical consultancy, or solutions architecture within the cloud services domain.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of cloud computing principles, services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VMware, Redhat, Oracle).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs, identify opportunities, and drive solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client challenges, providing valuable solutions and guidance.
  • Collaborative Nature: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to drive product success.
