We're looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Virtual Assistant - Ecommerce Specialist. In this position, you will work closely with the founder to help scale multiple ecommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program
  • Handle customer support through email and direct messaging
  • Conduct internet research and organize findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Collect and structure data in Google Sheets
  • Finding and coordinating with influencers
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney to enhance creative and research work

  • You take ownership of tasks and complete them efficiently without requiring close supervision
  • Provide clear, daily communication with overlap in the PST timezone
  • Achieve results-driven output without adhering to traditional working hours
  • Participate in a trial period during the first month to assess performance and fit
  • Be available to start as soon as possible
