Main Responsibilities

  • Mentor junior team members, review their work, and provide valuable feedback to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects early, thereby improving the product's quality and user experience.
  • Implement automation testing frameworks, analyze test results, and report issues to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, as well as solid knowledge of manual testing techniques.
  • Leadership skills, including experience leading testing efforts and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling you to articulate issues and solutions to stakeholders.
