Safety and Security Specialist

As a security professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. This position involves providing top-notch security services to protect individuals and their properties from harm.
Key Responsibilities- Access Control: Monitor access gates and prevent unauthorized entry into our community.
- Resident Protection: Safeguard residents and their properties from vandalism, theft, personal injury, and other malicious acts.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly in emergencies such as burglaries, fires, or any law and order situations.
- Suspicious Activity: Identify and report any suspicious behavior to ensure the community remains secure.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of our community.
- Physical Fitness: Maintain excellent physical fitness levels to perform duties effectively.
- Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills to take instructions and convey information effectively.
- Calmness Under Pressure: Remain calm and composed in pressure situations to ensure effective decision-making.
- Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to details when entering visitor information into the Visitors Register.
- Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of English language is preferred but not mandatory. Reading and writing in Urdu may be an added advantage.
