Seeking a highly skilled Financial Leader to drive financial planning and analysis for a fast-paced retail and e-commerce business.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling, budgeting tools, and data visualization software such as Excel and Power BI. Additionally, they should have expertise in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, Odoo, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial representation.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory valuation.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

About the Role:

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the finance function, based in Karachi, Pakistan. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to drive business growth and transformation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Qualifications such as CA Finalist, ACCA, ICMA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive finance experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors is required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential for this role.
