Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Product Development Leader to spearhead our IoT product portfolio in Pakistan and globally.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, technical acumen, and experience guiding engineering teams. They must be able to craft, implement, and launch innovative IoT products effectively.

  • Develop and execute strategies for launching new IoT products from concept to market.
  • Conduct thorough market research, define product roadmaps, and create vision statements.
  • Translate product vision into features and requirements with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee product implementation, manage backlogs, and coordinate releases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive successful product launches.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and coordinating with the sales team.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in IT/IoT/Automation product development.
  • 2-3 years of Product Management/Ownership experience with a proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Proven leadership skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with cutting-edge technologies.
