Business Process Specialist

The Client Operations Analyst is at the heart of our AgeTech initiatives, ensuring every evaluation, pilot, and rollout is set up for success. The role involves tracking client program progress using backend data, including evaluations, pilots, and engagement metrics.
Operations & Administration- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure clear visibility for the team.
- Prepare and organize shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate client and deal data in CRMs such as Pipedrive and Custify.
Client Evaluation & Reporting
- Summarize performance insights to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Track client program progress using backend data, including evaluations, pilots, and engagement metrics.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to bring order to complex processes.
- Experience in operations, administration, or client coordination.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive or Custify.
- Understanding of AgeTech, healthtech, or IoT products.
