Key responsibilities for this role include designing and mapping creative customer journeys, collaborating with marketing, merchandising, and brand strategy teams to create visually appealing and user-centric designs that enhance engagement and drive conversion.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in graphics design or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in design & digital marketing. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with strong collaboration skills and experience with project management tools.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires the ability to analyze data to inform and optimize creative strategies, as well as stay updated on new design tools and methodologies.

  1. Designing and Mapping Creative Customer Journeys: Develop seasonal and event-based shop experiences on the website and in-app that showcase collections and highlight promotions, conducting research and analysis to understand the customer's journey.
  2. Iterative Design Based on Marketing and Merchandising Goals: Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to understand key campaign goals, adapting digital creatives accordingly, and using an iterative approach to test, refine, and evolve designs based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
  3. Cross-Channel Asset Creation and Support: Assist in developing visual assets for digital channels such as e-commerce, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, ensuring designs are optimized for each platform and align with brand guidelines.
  4. Technical Collaboration and Problem-Solving with Development Teams: Understand website and mobile platform capabilities, collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility and troubleshooting design challenges.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphics design or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in design & digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Experience with project management tools
