The Technical Support role is a vital part of any organization, ensuring that customers receive the assistance they need to succeed.

This position involves being the primary point of contact for issues and questions, providing world-class support via calls and emails. Responsibilities include defining support processes, working with the team to develop and scale the Technical Support function, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide bilingual French & English Email, Chat and Voice Support
  • Collect customer support requests and bugs, relay findings to product and engineering teams
  • Evaluate existing tools, work with engineering to develop scalable tools

Requirements:

  1. Bilingual: Native speaker in French and English (US)
  2. Skilled in written communication (both French and English)
  3. Natural instinct to empathize with users
  4. Strong analytical skills
  5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  6. Native or bilingual spoken and written English skills
  7. Comfortable with rotational shifts
