Bakery Supervisor

Ajwa Bakers & Restaurant is a well-established food brand with 15 branches across Punjab and a central head office and production facility in Kharian. We specialize in high-quality bakery items and restaurant services, offering a wide variety of freshly baked goods and diverse cuisines.

• Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Manage staff, including training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and team building.
• Develop and implement new recipes, ensuring consistency and product quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
• Maintain financial records and prepare budgets for the bakery.
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance marketing strategies and improve sales.

• Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of bakery operations, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
