Full-Time Remote Position:

We are seeking an experienced CRM professional to join our marketing team. As a CRM expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM systems and automations.

Your primary focus will be on setting up, designing, and implementing workflows, funnels, and campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience with Go High Level and proficiency in GHL workflows, triggers, and integrations (Zapier, Meta, Google). You will also need to maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance and stay ahead of GHL feature updates and suggest improvements.

This is a part-time remote position, requiring 20 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and manage CRM accounts.

  2. Design and implement automated workflows, funnels, and campaigns.

  3. Work with internal teams to ensure CRM processes align with business objectives.

  4. Analyze campaign performance using reporting dashboards.

  5. Stay updated on GHL features and suggest improvements.

  6. Resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2-4+ years of experience with Go High Level.

  2. Strong background in CRM setup, funnel design, and campaign execution.

  3. Proficiency in GHL workflows, triggers, and integrations (Zapier, Meta, Google).

  4. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for funnel optimization.

  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
