As a Commercial Experience Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
About the TeamYou will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. The team works closely with the Commercial Experience Manager to develop strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and manage walk-in customers at the experience center.
- Develop an understanding of CRM systems and all linked portals.
- Handle customer queries and enhance their experience.
- Maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation.
- Support product upselling at the experience center.
- Initiate improvements to customer experience and minimize wait/service times.
- Build confidence and self-assurance to serve customers effectively.
- Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Foster customer retention and manage churn.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Achieve monthly KPIs related to adherence, service, and sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
RequirementsTo succeed as a Commercial Experience Executive, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in sales and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Knowledge of telecom products and customer management systems.
- Adept at stakeholder management and standardization of action plans.
