Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Finance Operations role is a strategic position within the organization that partners with the Franchise team to create and execute a franchise strategy delivering growth and profitability.

This individual will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including the Operating Unit Finance teams, RGM, Frontline Marketing, and strategy teams, to drive alignment and develop key insights needed to inform strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include assessing overall business performance, collaborating across the franchise and bottler to assess commercial performance and productivity opportunities, managing franchise relationships, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of local data, and collaborating on Innovation projects.

About You
  • You have 7+ years of experience in Category Finance, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Senior Financial Planning roles.
  • You are an effective communicator and influencer at all levels.
  • You hold a graduate degree in business studies with a major in finance, economics, management, or similar proficiency.
  • You possess cross-functional experience in an international company working in a diverse cultural environment.
