Job Title: Yard Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Yard Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for clients' gardens and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the appearance and health of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas through regular mowing, pruning, planting, and weeding.
• Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Assist with seasonal gardening tasks, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as cleaning up leaves and debris.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their yard care needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of gardening principles, plant identification, and turf management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
