About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Management: Update and maintain our Logistics Management System to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Analytical Planning: Perform in-depth analytical planning to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
  • Customer and Carrier Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer and carrier contacts through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Sales Promotion and Coordination: Promote our services and products and coordinate sales efforts with other departments to drive revenue growth.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer details and sales activities.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and adjust selling prices by analyzing costs, competition, and market trends.
Required Skills

  2. Information Management: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data to inform business decisions.
