  • Risk Identification: Identify potential edge cases and failure points early in the development lifecycle.
  • Automated Testing: Design and implement automated test suites (unit, integration, regression, performance, end-to-end).
  • Test Automation: Write test automation in Python/JavaScript and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Reusable Frameworks: Build reusable test frameworks that scale across multiple products and teams.
  • QA Innovation: Research and evaluate AI-driven QA tools and methodologies.
  • AI Application: Apply AI to test generation, anomaly detection, log analysis, and continuous validation.
  • Culture Champion: Champion best practices for AI-enabled QA within the company.
  • Partner Collaboration: Partner with engineers to ensure test coverage and quality gates are embedded in the development process.
  • Product Alignment: Work closely with Product to define acceptance criteria and verify business-critical workflows.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate quality status, risks, and improvements to leadership.
  • Reliability Focus: Drive a culture of quality and reliability across the organization.
