Interior Design Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled design consultant to provide expert guidance and innovative solutions for our clients' kitchen, door, and wardrobe projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, creating customized designs, and coordinating project execution.

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Customized Designs: Create 3D designs based on customer profiling and present them effectively to clients.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate site verification and oversee installation processes to ensure quality and design accuracy.
• Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an updated opportunity matrix.
• Civil Work Coordination: Coordinate with architects/contractors of our client's pending civil work, if any.
• Client Quotations: Process client quotation/orders as per approved terms & conditions signed by the customer.
• Technical Team Coordination: Follow up with the technical team for quotations, orders, and timely revisions.
• Display Management: Manage display ensuring that the display is in proper condition.
• Lead Generation: Align visits for new leads/BD and regular visits in the field to generate sales.
• Progress Reports: Email progress reports to the client/architect every 15 days, from the start of the project until its completion.
• SOP Compliance: Follow all SOPs related to KDW & retail sales.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in design consulting, specifically in kitchens, doors, and wardrobes.
• Design Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp/IMOS).
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-oriented approach.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a good understanding of market trends in interior design and furniture.
