Job Title: Inventory Logistics Specialist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, issuance, storage, and maintenance of accurate records of stock levels within our SAP-based warehouse management system.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving, processing, and storing inventory items in a timely and accurate mannerIssuing stock to customers while maintaining accurate records of stock levelsPreparing reports on inventory adjustments due to damage, spoilage, or other reasons, and coordinating with customers and warehousing functionsConducting internal and external inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliancePerforming daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levelsResolving discrepancies between system data and physical inventory countsMaintaining accurate customer complaint logs and resolving issues in a timely mannerEnsuring correct and timely valuation of inventory and directing procedures related to offloading, packing, and unpacking

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehousing at a multinational or reputable logistics company
  • An intermediate degree in a related field from a reputable institution
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies
  • Excellent management, interpersonal, and software handling skills
