Digital Design Specialist

This Digital Design Specialist will play a vital role in creating visually appealing graphics for digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and website content. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling visual assets, manage digital platforms, and analyze campaign performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in branding, digital marketing, and visual storytelling. They will be responsible for managing and updating the company website to ensure an optimized user experience, SEO alignment, and mobile responsiveness. Additionally, they will assist in executing paid and organic marketing campaigns, tracking CTR, engagement rates, and ROI to drive strategic improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Creative Design & Branding: Design visually appealing graphics for digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and website content using Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator. Develop infographics, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials to support branding efforts. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print media by following established brand guidelines.
  2. Website & Digital Marketing: Manage and update the company website to ensure an optimized user experience, SEO alignment, and mobile responsiveness. Assist in executing paid and organic marketing campaigns, tracking CTR, engagement rates, and ROI to drive strategic improvements. Optimize landing pages and digital assets for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead generation.
  3. Content Strategy & Social Media: Create engaging content for blog posts, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital ads. Plan and execute social media campaigns, ensuring they align with brand messaging and target audience behavior. Monitor social media engagement, analyze performance metrics, and suggest strategies to improve brand visibility and audience interaction.
  4. Email Marketing & Automation: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective copywriting, personalization, and automation for higher engagement and conversion rates. A/B test email campaigns and analyze open rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement trends.
  5. Market Research & Campaign Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics tools to optimize campaigns. Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to refine marketing strategies.
  6. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and sales teams, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. Translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences. Present marketing strategies and campaign performance reports to stakeholders and team members.
