Job Title: Financial Operations ManagerJob Description:
  • The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • This includes reviewing and approving purchase orders, verifying vendor invoices against purchase orders and contracts, and ensuring accurate payment processing.
  • The successful candidate will also manage contractor billings and liabilities, including reviewing IPCs/IPAs, validating cost sheets, and enforcing contract terms.
  • In addition, this role involves supervising sales invoicing, receivables tracking, and reconciliation across different systems.
  • The Financial Operations Manager will also oversee daily instalments/down-payment postings, discount controls, and deferred revenue clearance.
  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.

Candidates must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
