We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketer to join our team at Spine & Injury Associates.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns in the healthcare industry.

Expertise in Social Media Marketing Required

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads dashboards is required.
  • Daily creation of ads and videos using AI Video Creator is expected.
  • A proven track record of working with companies abroad outside of Pakistan is necessary.
  • This position can be worked remotely.
Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and overseeing digital marketing campaigns through social media marketing tools, email marketing, and website content.
  • Developing social media, blog, and web content optimized for SEO.
  • Writing regular company blogs and website copy and using proven email marketing strategies to increase lead generation and brand recognition.
  • Analyzing our company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy to identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Conducting market research of social media trends and informing management of changes that apply to our company's marketing activities.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns, such as SEO, social media, email marketing, and co-marketing partnerships.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO, social media, and email marketing to keep up with new software and marketing techniques.
  • Managing multiple brands and multiple social media accounts, including Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Threads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Tracking SEO such as keywords, backlinks, analytics, and more.
  • Conducting research on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and seeing where performance can be optimized.
  • Knowing Google Analytics.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools (SEMrush).
  • Ability to work in the office is not required, but strong familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads dashboards is required.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of MailChimp's features and the ability to manage multiple campaigns within their platform.
  • Excellent communicator and agile thinker who can use data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Research and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance many competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with office platforms such as Google Docs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Dropbox is required.
  • Professional and dependable with a positive outlook required.
Language Proficiency
  • English fluency is required.
  • Spanish proficiency is preferred.
