Art Director

Your role will involve collaborating with designers, marketing professionals, and program experts to create compelling campaigns and visual content across multiple channels. • Lead the creative vision and execution of design projects, ensuring all visuals reflect the brand's identity and mission.
• Cultivate a cohesive visual style and oversee design from conceptualization through production.
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Provide guidance and feedback to designers, promoting growth and artistic development.
• Create mood boards, style guides, and visual presentations to communicate concepts effectively.
• Manage timelines, resources, and project scopes while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Stay informed on design trends and emerging technologies to keep our branding fresh and relevant.
• Present design concepts and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in an art director or leadership role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
• Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in branding and design projects.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas while managing a team.
• Thorough understanding of digital and print design processes.
• Experience in non-profits or social enterprises is a plus.
