Dispatch Supervisor

1.     Supervise the receiving of goods, ensuring that all items are inspected, verified, and accurately recorded upon arrival.

2.     Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure proper documentation and system updates for all incoming stock.

3.     Oversee the packing, loading, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of orders.

4.     Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely pick-up and transportation of dispatched goods.

5.     Manage and resolve complaints related to received or dispatched goods, working closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

6.     Ensure that all receiving, dispatch, and stock movement activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.

7.     Prepare daily and weekly reports on receiving and dispatch operations, including any complaints or issues resolved.
