Job Overview

We are hiring a Brand Operations & Business Manager
who will take full ownership of the brand's entire value chain — from
raw material procurement
to
product development
,
sales
,
marketing
, and
financial management
. This is a high-responsibility leadership role for someone who understands the
textile and fashion industry inside-out
and has the market resources and business acumen to grow a brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Brand & Business Management

  • Oversee all departments including
    Production, Design, Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Finance
    .
  • Act as the right hand to the brand owner in building a scalable, profitable business.

2. Raw Material & Production Oversight

  • Source high-quality fabrics, threads, trims, and packaging.
  • Manage relationships with mills, vendors, printers, dye houses, and stitching units.
  • Ensure quality control and production timelines are strictly followed.
  • Optimize costs while maintaining high product standards.

3. Product Development

  • Work with designers and merchandisers to launch seasonal collections.
  • Analyze trends and customer insights to guide product planning.
  • Ensure each product aligns with the brand's vision and market demand.

4. Sales & Market Expansion

  • Build and manage sales channels: wholesale, retail, online (e-commerce), and export (if applicable).
  • Leverage existing contacts in the fashion and textile market to open new sales avenues.
  • Develop pricing strategies and sales campaigns to boost revenue.

5. Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute 360-degree marketing strategies — digital, print, influencer, PR, and events.
  • Oversee brand campaigns, shoots, catalog development, and social media presence.
  • Create partnerships to build brand visibility and customer loyalty.

6. Finance, Accounts & Cost Control

  • Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning across all departments.
  • Work with the accounts team to ensure proper bookkeeping, invoicing, tax filings, and audits.
  • Continuously evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.

7. Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead internal teams and coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience
    in a senior role in the
    fashion/textile/apparel
    industry.
  • Strong understanding of
    fabric sourcing, garment manufacturing, quality control
    , and
    product lifecycle
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    accounts, budgeting, cost analysis, and finance.
  • Experience in brand management, sales, and marketing strategy.
  • Excellent market contacts with vendors, retailers, buyers, and manufacturers
    .
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and deliver results independently.

Preferred Background

  • Degree in
    Textile Engineering, Fashion Design/Management, Business Administration, or Finance
    .
  • Experience launching or scaling a
    fashion or textile brand
    .
  • Familiarity with local and international fashion markets and export regulations (if applicable).
