We're seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our IT team, responsible for creating visual elements for software applications, websites, and marketing materials. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design UI/UX assets: Create icons, graphics, and other visual elements for software applications and websites.

  2. Develop design concepts: Collaborate with product managers and developers to create design concepts and prototypes.

  3. Create design systems: Establish and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products.

  4. Design for accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are usable for diverse audiences.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on UI/UX design.

  2. Design skills: Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  3. Technical skills: Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design systems.

  4. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with design systems and style guides

  2. Knowledge of human-centered design principles

  3. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

  4. Experience with design tools like InVision or Zeplin
