Logistician

Responsibilities:

• Develops and ensures compliance with the necessary production instructions within the framework of existing company instructions;

• Develops, updates and implements logistics and materials management strategies in order to implement the construction project

• Ensures and coordinates the effectiveness of all logistics and material management procedures.

• Is familiar with and maintains compliance with high standards ;

• Ensures the conclusion and management of all contracts for the provision of logistics, customs clearance, and materials management services.

• Ensures timely execution of customs clearance in accordance with customs legislation

• Provides reporting on cargo turnover and logistics, as well as advises and provides solutions on the availability of materials and limiting factors.

• Manages the transportation and storage of hazardous materials

• Evaluates all service providers for compliance with legal requirements, as well as evaluation criteria according to the terms of the contract

• Informs about all nonconformities, as well as deviations from production instructions.

• Informs in advance about problems that affect or may affect logistics and materials management work, and makes necessary changes to procedures to eliminate such problems.;

• Manages changes and actively implements key events and initiatives.

• Maintains the necessary communication with the persons involved to ensure the continuous movement of goods and materials.

Квалификационные требования

• Higher education;

• Professional training in logistics, business, or similar, and at least 7 years of experience in logistics, customs, and trucking or work in a similar field.
