Job Summary

Drive global sales as ABS International's International Sales Agent during night shifts. Prospect clients, close deals, and earn uncapped commissions (top agents: PKR 150,000+ monthly). Secured dropoff for female agents in Gulistan-e-Johar and key routes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Prospect international B2B clients via calls/email
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate and finalize cross-border sales agreements
  • Target Achievement: Exceed monthly sales quotas (50+ weekly contacts)
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records and pipeline tracking

Requirements

  • 1+ Year Sales Experience: BPO, call center, or international sales
  • English Fluency: Professional verbal/written communication
  • Performance Record: Documented success meeting sales targets
  • Night Shift Availability: Monday-Saturday schedule

Compensation & Benefits
