About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven Data Entry Specialist with MRP experience to manage material resource planning data across production, procurement, and inventory. The role involves handling large datasets, ensuring accuracy in MRP entries, and generating insights for procurement and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate MRP-related data for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to build dashboards, track vendor supplies, and monitor material usage trends.
  • Analyze and report on material availability vs. vendor deliveries using Excel formulas and data analysis.
  • Apply VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and linked sheets for efficient material tracking and reporting.
  • Support procurement team in ensuring timely replenishment of required materials.
  • Assist production teams with accurate data on available materials to avoid shortages or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with companys MRP and data accuracy standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems.
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel (dashboards, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Ability to analyze and present data clearly to support decision-making.
  • Understanding of procurement, vendor management, and inventory planning.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
