Job Description: Sr. Executive Planning

Location: Tariq Road, Karachi

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Sr. Executive Planning to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving production efficiency, ensuring material availability, and supporting accurate demand and capacity planning to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute production plans in line with business requirements and timelines.
  • Manage Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure smooth flow of raw materials and supplies.
  • Conduct demand forecasting (DRM) to align production schedules with market needs.
  • Perform capacity planning for machines and labor to maximize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Lead and monitor Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) execution to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, conducting detailed variance analysis (Plan vs. Actual Output) for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, and Sales) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities within the planning cycle and recommend corrective actions.

Qualification & Experience

  • BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in planning, preferably in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in planning tools, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
