Tamseel Production is a Dubai-based media production company specializing in corporate films, documentaries, event coverage, and branded content across the UAE and international markets. We are expanding our editing team in Pakistan to support our Dubai clients with high-quality, fast-turnaround work.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor based in Pakistan who can work full-time during Dubai business hours (10 AM – 6 PM GST / 11 AM – 7 PM PKT). The editor will handle a variety of projects including corporate videos, documentaries, reels, and branded content, ensuring delivery meets the high standards of our Dubai clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit corporate, documentary, and promotional videos with strong storytelling flow.
  • Deliver content in multiple formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) for web, broadcast, and social platforms.
  • Perform color correction, audio balancing, and add captions, lower-thirds, and graphics.
  • Work within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Dubai-based directors and producers via , Google Drive, and Slack/WhatsApp.
  • Organize projects and follow company naming/versioning conventions.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently with minimal revision cycles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a professional video editor.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and CapCut.
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and brand consistency.
  • Knowledge of export settings, codecs, file formats, and remote workflows.
  • Access to reliable editing setup:
  • i7/Ryzen 7+ processor, 32GB RAM, RTX 3060 or higher GPU.
  • High-speed internet (100 Mbps+) with UPS + 4G backup.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Discipline to align with Dubai timings.
  • Not allowed to freelance for UAE clients while employed with Tamseel Production.
