Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Processing Officer to join our team. The role involves managing client applications, ensuring compliance with visa/immigration policies, coordinating with institutions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle education and visa application processing from start to finish.
  • Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with clients, educational institutions, and embassies as required.
  • Track application progress and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain organized records and follow company SOPs.
  • Support the recruitment and counseling team with documentation needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Prior experience in education consultancy or visa processing is an advantage.
