Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair chiller systems used in beverage dispensers; diagnose faults and replace defective parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient and reliable cooling operation.
• Monitor and note refrigerant and oil levels, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Measure electrical parameters such as condenser fan motor volts/amps and compressor motor volts/amps.
• Check water flow through evaporators to confirm proper circulation.
• Measure system pressures—specifically condenser and evaporator pressure—to verify cooling efficiency.
• Inspect the operation of control systems, including safety and operating control settings, and cap control mechanisms.
• Conduct leak detection and verification for refrigerant, water, oil, etc.
• Inspect condenser/evaporator controls, evaluate moisture indicators, and observe fan assembly rotations and alignment.
• Monitor chilled water temperature control systems and fan speed controllers for correct functionality.
• Be alert to unusual noises or vibrations that may signal mechanical issues.
• Ensure the structural integrity of chiller units to maintain safety and operational stability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Secondary education diploma (high school or equivalent) required. Technical certification in refrigeration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of field service experience with chillers or beverage equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; ability to read schematics and measure system performance (volts/amps, pressure).
• Customer service aptitude and clear communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow site-specific protocols.

Salary:

Basic Salary 34,000 plus fuel 13,000(Total Salary) = 47000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs47,000.00 per month
