Systems Limited is looking for Systems Administrator who lead the Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) tower, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and compliance across all certificate-related operations.

Responsibilities:


• Manage and supervise the CLM team comprising of four specialized roles.


• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between support levels (L1–L4), application teams, infrastructure, and security stakeholders.


• Review and approve platform changes, enhancements, and integrations to maintain stability and performance.


• Ensure timely execution of quarterly and annual health checks in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.


• Ensure SLA adherence, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement of certificate operations.


• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical platform issues and ensure resolution through appropriate channels.


• Facilitate training, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the tower to build operational maturity.


• Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and vendor teams to align certificate management with organizational goals.

Requirements:


• 3-5 Years of experience in CLM


• Strong understanding of certificate lifecycle processes.


• Experience with CLM platforms and vendor coordination.


• Excellent communication and strategic planning.


• Leadership and team management.
