Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship & Compatibility Consultant located in Lahore. The Relationship & Compatibility Consultant will be responsible for facilitating the matchmaking process by conducting personality assessments, providing couple counseling, and ensuring client confidentiality. Daily tasks include maintaining client relations, offering personalized matchmaking services, and contributing to educational resources on mental well-being, relationships, and parenting.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Relationship Building skills
  • Strong Client Relations and Customer Service skills
  • Finance understanding and management skills
  • Experience in counseling or psychological assessments
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Experience in matchmaking or related fields is a plus
