The Customer Engineer provides prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining high standards of operational excellence in Nawabshah city and remote Areas. This role involves performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and supporting site preparation activities while adhering to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Attend remote area ATM/CDM service and repair call
  • Deliver prompt and courteous responses to routine customer inquiries for Tier I products.
  • Perform ATM /CDM maintenance, repairs, and component replacements at the module level.
  • Assist with site preparation, including cable installation, equipment staging, and standard testing.
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory and related records.
  • Provide regular status updates throughout the service process.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues based on call details and direct interaction with customers.
  • Take full ownership of customer issues until resolution in compliance with SLA requirements.
  • Escalate issues following established procedures when necessary.

Qualification:  Computer Graduate, Diploma holder or Associate Engineer.
