Job description:

Falaknaz group of Companies is looking for a candidate for Falaknaz Home, The position of Quantity Surveyor for Furniture is responsible for estimating, managing, and controlling costs related to furniture procurement, delivery, and installation for various projects. They ensure the project is completed on budget and on time while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate furniture quotations and cost estimates, including material costs (wood, sheets, fabrics, foam, etc.).
• Evaluate tenders and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Track and monitor project costs to ensure they stay within budget.
• Manage contracts with suppliers and oversee the delivery and installation of furniture.
• Report on project costs and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Ensure furniture meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Stay informed about furniture materials and raw materials, ensuring they align with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in furniture procurement, cost estimation, and preparing furniture quotations.
• Knowledge of furniture materials (wood, foam, fabrics, etc.) and their associated costs.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

LOCATION: Main Jinnah Avenue road, Opposite to Malir Cantt nearest Check no 05 Falaknaz Group, Karachi.
