Job Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and result driven Social media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online presence, email marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives. The social media & Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in amplifying Source Kode and its allied businesses digital footprint by actively managing and growing their social media presence. This includes curating vibrant, engaging content that showcases the company's culture, values and day-to-day energy. A key responsibility will be to capture and creatively publish all HR-led events, celebrations, team-building activities, onboarding moments, and internal milestones to portray a dynamic and inclusive workplace. By collaborating with brand ambassadors and influencers, the strategist will craft a soft, appealing image of the organization that resonates with potential talent and positions Source Kode as an employer of choice. Through strategic storytelling, visual branding, and consistent engagement, this role will transform internal happenings into powerful narratives that attract, retain, and inspire both employees and the wider digital audience.

Social Media & Brand Presence

• Develop and execute content strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
• Engage with audiences, influencers, and brand ambassadors to build community and amplify reach
• Capture and promote internal events to humanize the brand and enhance employer branding
• Reface and refresh brand identity across digital platforms with cohesive messaging and visuals
• Collaborate with HR to soften and humanize HR communications for better market perception

Email Marketing & Conversion Optimization

• Manage email marketing tools; Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc to run campaigns and automation flows
• Analyze open rates, click-throughs, and conversion metrics to identify drop-off points
• Redesign email content and strategy to improve engagement and ROI
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on behavior and lifecycle stage
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and content variations

Digital Strategy & Analytics

• Monitor performance across social and email channels; generate actionable insights
• Align digital marketing efforts with business goals and growth plans
• Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, employer branding, and audience engagement

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategy
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for design, storytelling, and brand tone
• Experience with influencer outreach and employer branding campaigns
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Shopify apps for email/SMS/push marketing
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Video editing or photography skills for event coverage
