We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager / Floor Manager to join our software house. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously while leading a large team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee 40+ ongoing projects and a team of 40+ professionals.

  • Act as a Floor Manager by providing leadership, guidance, and direction to all team members.

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.

  • Track and evaluate the performance of each team member and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Maintain proper administration and discipline on the floor to ensure maximum productivity.

  • Act as a supervisor to monitor deadlines, quality standards, and deliverables.

  • Implement and manage project management tools for better efficiency, tracking, and reporting.

  • Coordinate between departments, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Project Management and Team Leadership (preferably in a software house or IT industry).

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent administration, organizational, and supervisory skills.

  • Strong communication and people management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and manage a high workload efficiently.

Preferred Certifications (Plus Point):

  • Google Project Management Certification.

  • Certifications or practical knowledge of Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or other related tools.
