Truck Dispatching

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations for U.S.-based trucking carriers.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers via phone and email.
• Book loads through load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, and direct brokers.
• Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize revenue for carriers.
• Monitor driver routes, pickup times, delivery schedules, and transit progress.
• Maintain accurate logs, documents, and dispatch records.
• Provide support to drivers during trips, including resolving issues, delays, or emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. DOT regulations and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and carrier partners.
• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding billing, rate confirmations, and payments.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (English—spoken and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Proficiency in using load boards, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work night shifts according to U.S. business hours.
